Step 1: Request a Refund

Submit your refund request.

A courier will be arranged to pick up your item(s).

First inspection through video(This step does not qualify you for a refund yet)

Step 2: Return Processing

We must first receive your order back at our warehouse.

This process may take up to 7 days.

Once received,all items will be carefully inspected(This is the step that determines whether your refund request is accepted or not)

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• In perfect condition
• With original labels/tags attached
• Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
• In the original packaging

Step 3: Refund Issuance

After inspection, it may take up to 7 days to finalize the process.

Refunds are issued via InstaPay only.

Refunds will only be approved if all conditions above are fully met.

If your refund is not accepted you will have two options:

• Have the itemreturned to you(shipping fees apply).
• Allow us to keep the item permanently.
